We are looking for a compassionate and skilled clinician to join a dedicated team of mental health professionals, providing vital mental health services remotely within Monroe County, IL. Position Overview:
As a Remote Clinician, you will directly report to the Clinical Supervisor and will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including mental health assessments, treatment planning, therapy for individuals, families, and children, case management, emergency services, and community education. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to program policy changes, supervise practicum students, and support staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in monthly meetings with the Clinical Supervisor and program staff for administrative planning, as well as staff meetings, medical staffings, supervision, and clinical staffings.
Provide clinical services to mental health clients, including assessments, individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy, as well as case management.
Complete essential clinical documentation, such as assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to agency standards for timeliness and accuracy.
Meet the agency's billing standards for services provided.
Engage in peer reviews and program evaluations as necessary.
Pursue continuous clinical development and learning to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the success of the program.
Maintain licensure and meet professional standards.

Competitive Compensation: Starting wage of $22.23 - $28.44 per hour, with an additional $1,000 sign-on bonus (distributed as $500 after 30 days and $500 after 6 months of employment).

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Science.
Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Experience working with adult and child caseloads, with a solid understanding of community mental health.
Experience providing telehealth therapy to a diverse population (adults, adolescents, and children).
Availability during business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and maintain confidentiality.
Comfort with troubleshooting technical issues independently or with IT support.
Clear communication skills for effective client interactions.
