Your Roofing Realm

• Crew Commander: Oversee daily operations and transform your crews into roofing rockstars. (Up to 3 crews)
• Project Picasso: Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and looking like a masterpiece.
• Safety Sheriff: Enforce safety protocols with the zeal of a superhero protecting their city.
• Blueprint Whisperer: Read and interpret blueprints like you're decoding ancient scrolls.
• Material Maestro: Order supplies and manage inventory with the precision of a master chef.
• Scheduling Sorcerer: Coordinate crews and subcontractors with magical efficiency.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Resolve project hiccups faster than you can say "shingle."
• Documentation Dynamo: Keep project records cleaner than a freshly squeegeed window.

Your Roofing Arsenal (Skills & Experience)

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (you know your way around a rooftop).
• Leadership skills that would make a general proud.
• A deep understanding of roofing systems and materials (you speak "roof").
• Communication skills that are smoother than a freshly laid membrane.
• Blueprint reading skills that would impress an architect.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record as clean as a whistle.
• A safety-first mentality (we don't take tumbles lightly).

The Roof-Raising Rewards

• Salary
  • Roofing Apprentice (with serious potential): $75,000 - $90,000
  • Roofing Grand Master: $100,000 - $120,000
